Do I see that correctly? The neighbor has the boundary construction themselves, but denies it to you? Cool.

Up to 12 m you may build without the neighbor's consent in RLP

5 meters and then the 20 meters?

If I approach it that way, it will be a different floor plan!
If you want that, you should fill out the questionnaire [emoji57]

This forum (and especially the world out there) is full of people who get by with the same reasons for a large garage-technical room suite with 12 m boundary development.

The site plan clearly shows here that the garage being approached from the right side of the plan is a faulty design. It requires the entire area in front of the house as a turning space. At least for cars that know what to do with a 7 m garage width.

So the situation is this;

I have to stay 5 m away from the street. This is not included in the 20 m. That means I have 20 m at my disposal for building.

The idea of driving in from the side referred to the orientation of the garage. Since the first thought was to have the longer side on the right, there was only that alternative. If I rotate the garage by 90 degrees, we enter from the bottom... which definitely makes sense...
Then the garage dimensions would be 7x6 m, including the workshop room...
