Hello everyone,
unfortunately, the planning has been slightly delayed due to vacation. The ground floor has changed a bit, but unfortunately I do not yet have the plans from the architect. The upper floor fits quite well with the shift.
The arrow below marks the front door, on the left in the entrance area is the study, which could later also be used as a bedroom. On the right it goes to the guest WC and the utility room. Because of this, the wardrobe is somewhat hidden. The staircase is now open towards the kitchen and dining area, meaning the wall will be at the height of the railing.
The second picture shows the first idea, here the areas in the utility room would be difficult to use due to the doors, and the hallway area was too large and from our point of view wasted space. The upper floor will also be adjusted a bit, as we are not yet satisfied with the bathroom layout.
What do you think about the new idea for the ground floor?
Regards, mihaco
