Half-turned staircase - you can read it! Already understood! (is not the first plan I read, and not yours either)

We don't have such an extravagant amount of space, do we? Ground floor: Kitchen, dining, living, WC (with shower) Extras are study and pantry (these are not absolutely necessary) Upper floor: 2 children's rooms, bedroom, bathroom no extras The half-turn staircase currently measures 212 cm width x 230 cm depth. According to a calculation found online, this should result in a 27.1 cm tread and 17.4 cm riser with 17 risers, 270 cm clear height, and 295 cm from the top edge of the finished floor on the ground floor to the top edge of the finished floor on the upper floor. Because 98% of all houses are built without a designing architect. Because so far no architect's design, for example in BR Traumhäuser or as often posted, has convinced me. The designs are different but not better for me.

Hello,

I think it is also better if you do not seek the path through a professional architect, like the 2% (your source??) of those who cannot cope with Ideal-Standard.....why:

They would simply despair, since you always know better anyway and are completely, but completely resistant to advice!

.. I already posted it once:

A clear room height of 270 cm should correspond to a story height of about 295 cm, so 15 cm more than in my examples. See the staircase at the top right; I think your staircase won't fit so well there.
