Taking care of business, contaminating three door handles with germs on your hands instead of a faucet?
Also: Why separate the functions only to have to go back to the main bathroom to wash afterwards. Smell, etc. is one thing, but I see the main advantage of a separate toilet as being able to "work" in parallel in the morning. That doesn't fit here anymore.
Furthermore: There are people (I count myself among them) who dislike doing their business in a small cell, especially one without a window. No matter how elegant a separate toilet may be, I want to feel comfortable in every room of my house. That would not be the case here.
Otherwise, quite a few things have already been said:
- Windows don’t fit
- Dressing room and bedroom should actually be swapped
- Dimensions are missing, making an evaluation impossible
- Child 2 is very awkwardly laid out
- Depending on exact dimensions, the staircase on the ground floor could “cramp” the living space or make placement options more difficult
- The entrance area (windfang) seems quite large to me
- The cardinal directions are missing
- The shower looks oversized compared to the bathtub. So either the size of the bathtub is wrong, or the whole youth handball team can shower together in the shower. PS: The shower is almost twice as large as the toilet ;-)
