The provision interest rate of 0.25% refers to the month. If you calculate it as an annual interest rate (x12 months), you get an annual interest rate of 3%. Therefore, from my point of view, you should try to withdraw as much money as possible from the regular bank loan before the expiration of the free provision period, because if you don't draw it, you will pay more for it than if you do. What you do with any potentially unused money should be clarified with your bank in advance. In general, you can basically return it or make special repayments (if hopefully agreed). Due to the relatively high provision interest rates (compared to the loan interest rates), I have made sure to have an interest-free period of 12 months everywhere. By then, everything should be settled.
Bei KFW kann ich das sofort tilgen wie ich das verstanden habe? Bei der Bank glaub ich nicht?!?
According to the description on the KfW page, you can make special repayments of amounts from 1,000 euros at any time. At the bank, it depends on what you have agreed upon.
