Thank you very much for the hints. The pantry was a request from the lady. But the position can still be changed. The kitchen itself was only a placeholder; it will be planned once the room dimensions are definitively fixed, then it will be decided whether a block makes sense, and yes, it would of course have to be planned deeper. With the storage room, the idea is that 1-2 meters of wardrobe come in at the back, then a wall, and in the high part of the staircase the door is integrated. One could possibly consider placing the guest WC on the other side in front of the kitchen and making the kitchen a bit smaller and then open. This would provide more space for the utility room. Can't the gas boiler and the tank be placed in the attic?
