Why a price limit, but the more expensive components for KFW? Why this orientation? Why not place bathrooms above the utility room vertically.... What did the KFW calculation show?

KFW was just an idea but since we are probably going to use gas, that’s ruled out anyway. Because the orientation is the most sensible for us due to the street, garage, neighbors, etc. (we have discussed this for several months and kept coming back to it) The bathrooms are indeed above the technical room...

This is primarily about the changed floor plan and not about the further equipment of the house.

so in the pictures of your first thread, the technical room and kitchen are on the west side and the bathrooms on the east side... or am I seeing something wrong?

Are you sure about relying on an external operator for gas with ongoing costs, instead of, for example, an air heat pump with photovoltaics or something like that?
That reduces maintenance costs in the long run...

regarding the full floors... you're right... I overlooked that... so not much can be done in the basement...
