I would like to briefly point out that in 2027 the CO2 pricing will be changed and prices could rise to up to 200, 250 EUR/t. This will have a strong impact on heating oil prices. Whoever has an oil heating system now has to accept it. But to get one specially and then install it in an uninsulated house. A LLWP then is just sheer madness, such a thing is used in KfW40+ houses...
CO2 pricing: This must first come as planned. Given the current poll results, I can’t imagine it, or at the latest it will be obsolete again by 2029.
Regarding LLWP in old buildings, I wouldn’t be so skeptical; it’s just uncommon in Germany and may be perceived as not very cozy. It does work, and under the circumstances it is the cheapest to implement.
