For a high standard, I think that's normal. For example, we have 0.5 mm plaster (+ 3,500), concrete podium stairs, finished "attic" including plastering, balcony for children (so two-story), flooring everywhere between 50-70 euros per sqm, then Baden-Württemberg, extra bathroom for children, fireplace, basic outdoor facilities I estimate around 20-25k (not a final offer yet). Although I have to correct myself, about 440,000 for the house, plus architect + carport/garage + outdoor facilities = 515,000 + kitchen + glass stair railing + seat window + stove = 555,000 + everything else (cabinets, lamps, bed, etc.) = 565,000-570,000.
