Yes, gladly. Basically, it was mainly the gut feeling that wasn’t 100% right. In addition, the location, layout, and size of the garden were not quite suitable for us … And yes, nowadays you have to make compromises, but for about 700K it has to fit a little :) Especially since the basement is partly “damp” (which according to the architect is not bad, but the smell would remain)
