Why even Kfw and not the direct grant? How is your income distributed? Does the bank's 'household calculation' fit? I can only recommend you to keep searching... My most recent and best experience so far was with Planethome.

But those are considerable remaining debt amounts that add up there. 280,000 euros… And are you sure there’s no [Kind 2-drölf]? Then it would rather be tight with almost 2000 euros monthly installment.

I get it, I just noticed that only the first component has a really significant repayment. So I added the remaining amounts and don’t see a good ratio between loan amount and repayment. I would only finance like this if a guaranteed inheritance was coming in the next few years. And I am sure I won’t be disinherited in favor of the local animal shelter :D
