You need someone who knows the subject, also with regard to rented residential property and its financing.

This is neither the 0815 advisor at Interhyp, nor the normal advisor in any 0815 branch of a bank. You need someone who has been doing the job for a longer time and can cover the rental aspect.

This can be an independent advisor, but there are also experts at banks who can do that. Unfortunately, sometimes it is difficult to get in touch with these people.

I would recommend reducing the repayment to 1% and saving the rest to make occasional extra repayments. The advantage is that your monthly installment is lower and therefore, in case of financial difficulties, you can more easily meet the installment.
