The kitchen is taken over as is, it's only two months old, and there might be a plot for around 30,000, although that's not ideal. That's more of a Plan B.

Answer these questions honestly. Is the land buildable without extra work such as earthworks, without soil removal, etc.? Otherwise, realistically estimate this with a civil engineer.
