Financing confirmation from you

I need your advice regarding our construction project.
Our parents are, of course, completely over the moon when they hear such amounts, but we think we can definitely manage it.
About the project:
Land price approx. 235,000€
House price approx. 300,000€ including additional construction costs
So total amount approx. 535,000€

Our financial situation:
Equity approx. 180,000€
Income:
me approx. 5,400€/month
her approx. 500€/month
child benefit approx. 320€/month
Total approx. 6,200€

Financing amount approx. 350,000€

Our ages 36 and 39 years.

The bank says no problem, but what do like-minded people say???

5400 gross or net?
Do you have an overview of what your actual expenses are?
Key data about the house?
What have you calculated for additional construction costs?

If the property is indeed not a problem. But it will be a very small house on a very large (or just expensive) property.

For us, that would be a 150sqm house on a 1000sqm plot. So neither small nor large. That is really totally relative.

In the metropolitan areas of BW, this is about 400 - 500 sqm of land - depending on the location...

If the 5400 € is net, in my opinion, it should work.

Sorry, too little information. Everything net, of course. House approx. 135 sqm with basement on 550 sqm plot in [bw ballungsraum].
