Thanks for your assessments.
We have no other loans running.
Only the standing order with Zalando and Limango.
But it will never end as far as I can see :-(

Hello,

Child benefit and her salary cannot be included in the financing. It is rather for other expenses. It would be too risky for me, what if she can no longer earn anything extra at some point, etc. Even the plot of land alone I find way too expensive. Have another bank run the calculations for you again, so that you don't have to sell everything again in 10 years when interest rates rise.

: That's expensive, no question. But for a metropolitan area in BW, around EUR 430.00 per square meter is not unusual.

In our town (25 km from Stuttgart), the municipality is now asking for EUR 470 - EUR 520 per sqm for the new development area...

Child benefit is okay. But why shouldn’t her salary be included? As far as I see, there are 2 children. If the family planning is completed, why shouldn’t she be able to continue working?

The question is not whether you can afford a house, but whether the stated financing amount is realistic. Where is the problem?
