It is similar with us, we have a combined base salary of 4500€ net, currently trying to build for 350,000€ (with EL) including the land. 50,000€ of that is equity. We still have 50,000€ in reserves (also for parental leave), which we will probably also tap into. According to the household budget book, we have 2000€ fixed expenses with a 1090€ rate. That leaves my entire salary for living expenses (in theory). But we are rather laid-back representatives.

We do not have such a detailed cost breakdown. However, we know what expenses we have had since 01/2017. Many large expenses were mostly just consumption which no longer applies.

Attached are our current income and estimated expenses from 09/2018, although moving in is only planned for 12/2018.
3430 Income 1
430 Side job wife Income 2
900 Part-time wife Income 2
390 Child benefit
---------------
5150 euros

1450 Loans (estimated)
450 Additional costs (estimated)
90 Fixed costs (direct debit fixed costs husband)
1000 Living expenses (insurance, fuel, food, etc., now we are at 650)
120 Lunch supervision for both children from 09/2019 now 60
--------------
about 2000 Savings rate

Although I must also say that neither tax prepayments/refunds nor vacation and car insurance are included here. However, I have bonuses, performance bonuses, wife has vacation/Christmas pay. So irregular payments are offset by special payments.

But the sum of 415k€ loan is intimidating even with our income and spending behavior, but it does not stop us.

Then take a look at level 1 [emoji4]
That will roughly match, see my previous post 42,
SK 4, level 1
Ok... You have 4

There you go again, comparing apples and oranges

Please show me someone who is at E9 level 1 at the end of their 20s. That is not possible at all.
Six years of professional experience alone means level 3. And with a degree, E9 is the wrong level in the long run and acceptable for at most 1 or 2 years.

What nonsense, of course that is possible! Level 3 does not require 6 years of professional experience, but 3 years since the start at Level 1.
