Hello everyone,
I have been reading along here for quite some time and would now simply like to throw the final costs into the room after completion and moving into our house.

I think I have seen a similar thread here before, but I can't find it again.

I leave out the land, as the prices vary greatly, the incidental construction costs change only marginally because of this, everyone can calculate their own land transfer tax.

Construction location: Mecklenburg Western Pomerania
(all trades from the area, no foreign companies)
Planning start 02/2015 - Construction start 09/2015 - Completion 05/16

Single-family house 1.5 stories, solid construction without thermal insulation composite system, living area 120 sqm (footprint 90 sqm)
5 rooms, guest WC with shower, electric shutters, complete underfloor heating, triple glazing, flat shower, chimney (no stove so far)
Gas condensing boiler KfW something (Energy Saving Ordinance 2014), tiles on ground floor, laminate upstairs, bathroom tiled, completely painted

= 178,000

Incidental construction costs (notary, house connections, surveying, civil engineering for house connection, excluding land transfer tax)
= 14,000

Miscellaneous: Outdoor area (topsoil 60 cubic meters) paving 80 sqm carport 30 sqm external building expert

= 23,000

Except for laying laminate, no own work.

Total excluding land: = 215,000

In addition, a new kitchen, curtains, furniture, etc.

If anyone wants it a bit more detailed, gladly by PM
