Unfortunately, I’m also a bit too tired now to think about it again, because a railway line, a train every 10 minutes, that’s quite something for the garden.

The storage room should be 90 cm wide inside, as mentioned it's not 100% accurate but drawn too narrow.

How is that supposed to work? There are 130 cm... 90 cm storage chamber as a corridor, about 11 cm wall, leaving less than 30 cm depth for the wardrobe niche. In the kitchen, I see roughly 3x2m drawn, of which one is surely meant to be a tall cabinet, one corner, and then there isn't much kitchen or particularly storage space.

The children's bathroom has a depth of 1.70m (without the niche for the shower) and 50 cm from the wall the room height is already 2 meters.

The depth of 1.7m actually cannot be correct. If you subtract the exterior walls (2 x 0.40m), child 1 with 3.20m, the partition wall from child 1 to child 2 with 0.11m, the chimney approx. 0.30m, the door including frame of 0.85m, and the partition wall to the bathroom from the total width of 6.50m, then a maximum width of 1.13m remains for the children's bathroom. With a ceiling height of 2.48m and a roof pitch of about 45°, this means the sloping roof ends at approximately 1m room depth. Thus, this room must mainly consist of the sloping roof. That you can stand in it from 1.8m to about 0.40m away from the wall, I do not dispute.

Upper floor width for the children's rooms is 6.50 meters. Upper floor width for the bathroom/parents' room is 7.30 meters
