Final construction of the access road, how far is the municipality allowed to go?

If the municipality or their road contractors dig away a piece of my slope at the property boundary during the final construction phase, for example to create enough space for a sidewalk, who is then responsible for securing the (natural) slope if necessary? Is this then included in the fees for the final construction, or do I have to bear the costs myself? Is there any generally binding regulation/law such as whoever digs must secure it? Or does this vary from place to place?

Is this a construction road? Or the final development after all?

What does the plan of the [Strassenbauer] say about the situation?

The [Strassenbauer] must of course restore your property to its original condition.

if it is a new housing development, then the part of the sidewalk was never your property. If the sidewalk is built afterwards, then you have to sell a part of the property (notary, surveying) and it can be arranged there

Can you make a sketch of the situation?

Of course, the municipality is obliged to minimize interventions on third-party property while considering proportionality.

The question is, if a sidewalk is added where the drain is, how much of the embankment along the road will be lost? But maybe there won't be a sidewalk there at all, all the street lamps are on the other side of the street... Nothing is shown in the development plan except that a total width of 7.00 m is specified.

One plans their own heights based on the planned heights of the road (which, however, can also be different afterwards). In case of uncertainty, one simply waits if in doubt until the road is finished. If your slope angle is then not sufficient, that is your problem. Of course, your slope also has no place on foreign ground, provided that is the case.
