That would actually be interesting now with a dimensioned drawing. You mentioned something about 7 meters of road including sidewalk: how much width does the construction road currently allow? Have you checked whether they have to go onto the berm?

I hope the marked street dimensions in the development plan are recognizable. In the main access road, the street or whatever belongs to it is specified as 7 m wide and then narrows to 6 m. In response to my phone inquiry at the building authority, I was told that nothing further regarding street design is stipulated in the development plan.

Regarding the screenshot from the site plan, the blue boundary of the building area is now practically the end of the gravel driveway before it slopes down towards the street in the form of an embankment. I can provide measurements from the street only tomorrow.

At today’s municipal council meeting, there was talk of a one-sided wide sidewalk and a narrow sidewalk on the other side. It was decided to begin only with the planning of the final construction, which was explained to us as meaning the following next steps:

1. Obtain offers from street planners.
2. Award street planning.
3. Select planning.
4. Tender.
5. Award contract.
6. Start of construction.

Timeframe 2022/23 so that completion is no later than 2024 because then the transition period ends before one would have to switch to recurring street construction contributions.
