Hello Allen,
Thank you for the answers and your time.
I discussed with the building authority and unfortunately, as expected, no exception. The fence to the two streets must be 80 cm.
Privacy film on the sliding door in the front garden is still allowed.
The only problem is the garden in front of the house.
According to the building authority, we are allowed to plant trees as privacy screen. For a 20 * 12 m plot on two sides and then also maintenance :)
A HEDGE as some of you suggested behind the fence is the only and more attractive option.
I will look for alternatives or get used to it after a few years.
It’s a pity that the hedge cannot have artificial plants.
