Faucet without mixer? Only hot/cold?

Don't leave, it's enough to open the door and reach out with your arm.

Sounds anything but optimal. Our planned instantaneous water heater would be installed in the technical room...

As already mentioned, a very individual, but not necessarily better solution... (Otherwise, they would probably have several people and it would not be so difficult to find appropriate fittings.)

I would set the instantaneous water heater to the shower temperature and always set the single-lever mixer to full heat, and if you ever need cold water (e.g. cleaning the shower), you can simply turn the lever to cold. This is cost-effective in purchase and consumption and still does not deviate from the standard.

At the moment they are still rotary knobs. However, a lever would certainly be better, and it will probably become one.

And opening the shower door, then splashing/dripping everything in front of the shower in order to change the temperature on the instantaneous water heater, is more comfortable than turning a small knob a little bit inside the shower??? I’m sure very few people see it that way...

As I said, I almost never change the set temperature while showering, sometimes before, depending on how hot I want it. If I had to do that every shower, it would certainly annoy me But it maybe happens once a month or less often that the preset temperature is not right and I forgot to adjust it before showering.
