Facade paint: Should it be painted once or twice?

Hello everyone,
we are currently building a single-family house.
The one-time facade painting is included in our contract and was carried out on Friday. The executing plasterer offered us a second coat.
The "only" advantage, as we understood it, is that we would not have to repaint after 5 to 7 years, but it would be due later.
The paint is Caparol silicone resin paint (white with a little gray as an optical separation at the garage), the price is about 2500 euros net.
What is your experience, is it worth it?

Addition: The plaster is a two-layer mineral scratch coat, approximately 20 mm thick (base coat and top coat).

We had it painted twice. I am hardly motivated to renovate a dilapidated facade after 5 years.

Applying two coats makes sense.

However, I don't understand why someone would apply such shitty silicone resin paint on a mineral plaster. Just can't get it into my head...

Was not offered or discussed with us (Fertighaus in Holzständerbauweise). I don’t even know how often it was painted. I suppose I should have looked into that.

For laypeople, a brief explanation would be good…
I definitely addressed this with the plasterer.
He said the paint suits the mineral plaster well. It only contains 4-5% silicone, but it still has to be called silicone resin paint because of that.
