Thank you very much for the answer.

I am already aware of this, but my point is that this happens consciously. That is also how it comes across.

Here it has been relatively dry for weeks, sporadically a shower.

You in BaWü really drew the short straw this year, absolutely not to be envied.

...And this is usually regulated in well-thought-out contracts in favor of the developer.

Hi,

What exactly was contractually agreed upon, the handover or the occupancy? I would be interested in that too. If I understand Wiki correctly, your house is even ready for occupancy, even if not everything is 100% finished according to your wishes. Even without outdoor facilities, you can live in your house, even without a garage.
But I'm pretty sure that going to a lawyer won't solve your problem in the short term. If things went wrong, then that's just how it was. So what? Couldn't something like that have been resolved over coffee/cake/beer/etc.?
If both sides have to step into the legal ring over such a trifle, it will get unpleasant and ultimately cost money unnecessarily spent.

Kermit

We already live in it, this is exclusively about the unfinished outdoor area, which, according to the contract, should have been completed by 15.06?! We have tried to resolve this, as stated above. The developer doesn't care at all. Then I don't need to enter any dates, I should just leave all fields blank, right?

Good luck, but it will probably not come. The developer will know that too. I can't imagine the defect is so serious that it would bring about a (financial) compensation. When did you agree on the pavement change?

Last year in July at the construction meeting, it's not like it came up at short notice
