Experiences with shed roof type?

I have a question about our roof. We are planning the following roof shape and do not know if it is allowed to be built like this in the new development area.





Excerpt from the development plan of the new development area:



I learned from the developer that it is a shed roof and these may only be built at 7-17°, but my planned roof is more similar to a gable roof. Can someone bring me up to a useful level here?

Hello Herbert,

this is a staggered monopitch roof. However, it is your builder's responsibility to clarify with the building authority whether this is considered a gable roof.
