After 2010, however, the bank has to make a much greater effort to botch the revocation. Therefore, my question.

True.

But

Those who don't want to, already have.

Thank you for your contributions, we appreciate that anyone is dealing with it at all. But as said, the question in this thread is a completely different one and has nothing to do with the previous posts. Please look at the thread title. If you do not have any specific experience regarding this, that's okay. We are looking for an exchange of experiences with other affected persons and not for opinions or assessments about our contract or our approach.

Then unfortunately I can't help you.

BUT: it actually doesn't matter who you turn to. However, if someone does this for free, there must be special reasons for it. Maybe a particularly large number of revocation instructions are considered faulty and the inquiries are forwarded to cooperating lawyers? Only the paid lawyers then take care of a specific reversal of the loan.

Every consumer center also offers a check for a small fee, which is probably more impartial if in doubt. After that, the lawyer is up again.

Good that finally peace returns to the front from June!

The reasons for a revocation are not insignificant. If the revocation is solely and exclusively due to monetary factors, the original intent "financing owner-occupied residential property" still exists and one still wants to live there, two rulings in favor of the bank immediately come to mind because the exercise of the right of revocation is against good faith and is therefore void.

Our motives are not up for debate here.
