Experience / Opinion on home financing with a high loan amount

This is Europace, we financing brokers use it, submitting the financing to the bank through it. Interhyp and Dr. Klein also use it, by the way.

We had personal appointments. We were also told that the BS counts the KFW loan as equity replacement funds, which is why the conditions are particularly good.

I think the different conditions come from a different loan-to-value ratio.

At first glance, the data in the initial thread is not entirely complete, especially regarding the total incidental costs, equity, or other framework conditions. It is also unclear, for example, how the purchase incidental costs are paid or if they need to be deducted again from the equity.

My gut feeling tells me that it is not very credible to simply claim that it would definitely be cheaper.
