Thanks for the feedback. Strange that both Dr. Klein and Interhyp didn’t offer us that.... Do you have any idea why they don’t do that? Regards

No, they may have different agreements, higher base conditions or higher minimum investments.

Do you have personal contact with the companies or did you inquire via internet/online?

We had personal appointments. We were also told that the BS counts the KFW loan as equity replacement funds, which is why the conditions are particularly good.

It doesn't matter at all, in the initial situation presented by you, the system simply represents the condition including KfW that way.

I think the different conditions come from a different loan-to-value ratio.

At first glance, the data in the initial thread is not entirely complete, especially regarding the total incidental costs, equity, or other framework conditions. It is also unclear, for example, how the purchase incidental costs are paid or if they need to be deducted again from the equity.

My gut feeling tells me that it is not very credible to simply claim that it would definitely be cheaper.
