Good evening,
I see it differently! When I install the sockets with my neighbor, who is of course an electrician, no one has any professional say in it. The builder's electrician has to bear the warranty for his work.
It doesn't matter if you see it differently; the user wadenkneifer has already given you the correct answer.
For what you plan, there are only two solutions:
1. Complete the entire electrical trade in EL
2. You only expand the electrical trade with your EL once the house is handed over to you.
This way, you or your neighbor take the hit for possible errors and not the subcontractor of your provider. I am not an electrician - but I can hardly imagine that you can freely use the electrician’s wiring as you please.
Unfortunately, the fact is that I save quite a lot there. I wouldn't have thought so either at first. Every additional socket, no matter where (!), costs me over €35 from the electrician who has the contract through the builder.
€35.00 is not expensive; it's not just the socket itself or its wiring that needs to be paid for, but also the work and warranty of the electrician. Or do you like to work for free?
Rhenish greetings
