Then you already know everything. So why are you still asking?

The mentioned price is quite cheap in the BT business. I know other prices that are being asked.

If you have your own electrician, it is good, but he has to take responsibility for it. If he does it, everything is great.

Mmhh, not helpful regarding the initial question. Maybe someone who has done it like this or similarly will still respond.

We do all electrical work ourselves, truly completely including the meter application. Only the meter and the house connection are done by the local energy supplier.

So a lot is possible when you have the trade under your own control.

Who is building? BT/GU/GÜ?

The "solution" for DE is quite simple: As soon as anyone changes anything in the electrical installation done by the electrician commissioned by BT/GU/GÜ (and the electrician notices it), he will either thoroughly inspect every change or refuse the commissioning.

If he inspects the changes, he will of course charge for it, and it will probably be just as expensive as if you had him do it directly. (for example, he has to open every additional socket and check for correct connection)

He is liable for the installation being error-free and complying with the rules of the trade. This is not a question of warranty. So if your additional sockets cause the lines to overload (and e.g. lead to a cable fire/building fire), he is liable. If someone is injured (e.g. by electric shock) because your additional sockets are improperly installed (or the correct installation is altered during the installation): he is liable... He can of course try to prove that he worked without error and that you caused the fault...

If the installation is to be carried out by another authorized electrician (the neighbor?) (is that really cheaper?) then the two electricians should talk to each other about whether the responsible electrician accepts the colleague’s work without a complete inspection. A coordinated overall plan is then also necessary.

Best regards

Michael

Good evening,

It doesn't matter if you see it differently; the user wadenkneifer has already given you the correct answer.

For what you plan, there are only two solutions:

1. Complete the entire electrical trade in EL
2. You only expand the electrical trade with your EL once the house is handed over to you.

This way, you or your neighbor take the hit for possible errors and not the subcontractor of your provider. I am not an electrician - but I can hardly imagine that you can freely use the electrician’s wiring as you please.

€35.00 is not expensive; it's not just the socket itself or its wiring that needs to be paid for, but also the work and warranty of the electrician. Or do you like to work for free?

Rhenish greetings

If you tinker with an electrical installation (which should theoretically be inspected - keyword protocol) in any way, you lose insurance coverage in the event of a complication (fire etc.)
