The development plan stipulates "that the plot ratio (plot ratio) registered in the building areas of the development plan must not be exceeded." Therefore, according to the development plan, the plot ratio may neither be exceeded in individual cases nor by garages, parking spaces, etc. What does the development plan do in this case here?
Perhaps the original poster is also lucky and the caseworker at the building supervision interprets this differently than the caseworker at city planning, even though I see no room for interpretation. Incidentally, there is always the possibility of an exemption from the provisions of the development plan in individual cases (with a good justification and against an additional fee, of course).A reliable answer can only be expected from the building authority!
