According to the construction protocols, the scaffolding was set up incorrectly and some company did not deliver.
But that has nothing to do with this question. When we have larger construction projects, we hire an engineering firm.
That neither.Normally I am rather generous and I really wouldn't care if the facade and the roof are finished later.
And always stay calm and factual!!!SEE MY OTHER POST)
Something like that is communicated when it happens and not sometime 2 years later when another issue causes unrest.According to the construction protocols, the scaffold was set up incorrectly and some company did not deliver.
What does the administrator say about it? He also has duties. Has anyone suffered a financial disadvantage?Thank you for the ideas and the note. We, the condominium owners, promptly addressed the delay with our management / engineer with the request to check whether a contractual penalty would be considered (August 2019). They were finally finished in September. We asked to be present at the acceptance inspection. The engineer conducted an acceptance inspection with the companies and neither our management nor representatives of the owners' association knew about it. (October) The owners requested a meeting to clarify some matters. It took place. According to the engineer, the main cause of the construction delay was that the scaffolding was changed once again. There was no longer enough space for the thermal insulation. It's slowly becoming clear to me that the engineer we commissioned may have had scaffolding set up or did not pay attention to the distances during the acceptance inspection. Because he is also vehemently against us demanding a contractual penalty from the company. The final invoice is available, checked by the engineer, but not yet by our management. Payment deadline 3.12.
