What do you want? The plaster is smooth after all. Only the texture has suffered a bit. Surely it can be partially smoothed with paint, but in my experience that will leave stains. I have noticed some new houses lately with terrible plasters. Yours still looks pretty good in comparison. It can be much worse. I applied the plaster myself at my place and it turned out great. On my first test piece, it looked like yours. Too thick and waited too long to smooth it out.

I believe you have unrealistic expectations for an exterior plaster when you go with standard or receive the standard from the general contractor. Besides that, you will hardly be pressing your ear against the facade daily or looking at it from 10cm distance. You just shouldn’t install spots in the eaves or such up/down lights that highlight the flaws in the plaster.

You can clearly see pictures 1, 5, and 6 from the street (7m)... Such spots are also all around the house, not just small things on the windowsill that you can't see from afar.
