If the whole thing, however, takes place in a hot market, as an interested party you should be aware that you will, in case of doubt, be competing against rivals who bring a general financing confirmation (no idea what exactly it is called, basically a confirmation from the bank up to which amount they will finance if the property fits) to the first appointment and ignore a second appointment and immediately commit.
I was such a person. If the viewing appointment worked out, I called my bank advisor, who prepared such a document stating that the bank finances the specific property at street xy with house number zz for me. The whole thing was sent by email to the seller on the same day.
In such situations, it pays off to still be a customer of a branch bank and not just an online bank.
