Hm, go to the construction sites in the area and see who they are building with. I didn't know my construction company before because they neither have a website nor do advertising. I only found out about the company through an acquaintance.

I have already done that. Two have sent me a rejection and one has not responded. Two other companies would only do the shell construction, which is not an option for us because we are looking for a turnkey construction company.

We have a relatively flat plot of land. We can use the excavated soil from the base slab or strip foundation to fill in another location. The rough grading is included in the offer. If we need to haul away any material, that will be charged separately.

@ a ok. with a base plate of course much less excavation is required. but the 310,000 is really great. can't you send your 25-man company to me ))

Where are you building? Your offer is not so bad now. It can always be cheaper. My most expensive was at 430K€ for the same scope.
