Yes, I would definitely still try to get the 2-3% if necessary through discount payment. For 140 sqm (2 full floors with a hip roof) with a double garage, 42.5 bricks, air-water heat pump, painting, floors, aluminum-plastic windows, electric aluminum roller shutters, fingerprint, glass lift element WITHOUT basement, we are at 310K€. Also in Bavaria with the second cheapest supplier.

We are building with a local 25-person company. The nationwide ones were 20-50k€ more expensive. We had 2-3 other local providers whose prices were not far apart. The gut feeling was the deciding factor.

The shell is almost finished. So far, we are very satisfied with the workmanship.
