By the way, my final energy demand in the certificate was calculated with an annual performance factor of 3. (Luft-Wasser-Wärmepumpe) In this respect, this should also be taken into account, as the energy demand in new buildings is likely to be lower than the certificate indicates for this reason alone.

This is, unlike the primary energy factor, not a value according to the Building Energy Act, but is calculated for each individual case.
The system data of the heat pump used and the design temperature of the heating surfaces are taken into account. Basically like the annual performance factor calculator from the German Heat Pump Association. If no or insufficient data are available, assumptions can of course also be made, but reading a nameplate from the heat pump and 3 seconds of research should be expected from everyone.

Ah OK, then the fP is just shifted a bit. Then I go from 17000kWh/a to consumption approx. 2900*1.8 to 5220 kWh/a primary energy demand OK I consume a part less than probably generously calculated but still

Just checked: Performance factor 0.3 = annual performance factor 3.33. So not quite as extreme. And yes: Here they were lazy and preferred to play it safe. Also: 5% electric heating (presumably according to standard?) is not correct either. I have deactivated it. I only need it below -20°.

I could imagine that your ventilation also needs electricity. Maybe the 5%?

No, the ventilation is billed separately. Just like the hot water, where the 3.33 annual performance factor even fits exactly. The 5% is probably just the heating element.
