Equalize height difference with neighbors

Since it is too disruptive for the house construction pictures thread, I am now opening my own thread.

I have some concerns about the height difference to the neighbor on the right. There is generally a slight slope. For us, it is about 1 m from the right to the left of the property.

On our right, directly at the property boundary, there will be a prefabricated garage, which will be delivered fully plastered. Our construction company gave us the tip to use sealing slurry in connection with it.

On the left side, we have a 3 m distance to the neighbor, and the neighbors have the same. Both of us are now seriously considering how to reasonably compensate for the height difference [emoji848]. Actually, we wanted to check at the same time whether we can also level our property.

Does anyone have ideas and tips?

Our development plan only says:
"Enclosures must be designed so that the movement of small animals up to hedgehog size is not obstructed (wooden fences, widely meshed wire fences). Walls and wall bases are not permitted. In the area of the front yard zone, enclosures are not permitted at distances of the building boundary to the public traffic area up to a depth of 5.0 or 3.0 m respectively."

The neighbor is the one with the parking spaces right in front of his nose, and you are the ones at 175,955, correspondingly here in the sense of plan left?

Sorry yes. It's awkward when I say right, because I am standing close to the street [emoji85][emoji23]
Yes, we are in the middle at 175.955.

The neighbor has the brick house (in the photo on the right) ?

Your garage has no connection to the house, I assume ?

A helpful piece of information might also be the "absolute" height specifications of the top edge of the finished ground floor floor from you and the neighbor.

I don't know those from the neighbor. I only have our plans. They are definitely higher. It doesn't bother me now.

I can live well with the height difference, I'm rather thinking about what we can best do to make the height difference on the left side of the plan reasonable and visually appealing.

At the same time, we are discussing with the neighbors on the right side of the plan what possibilities we have to make the plots somewhat even and still not have huge differences.

We also have to be even around the house, because all the light wells are at the same height.

The underlying idea of my question was/is to determine where one should even "aim" if, for example, one were to seek a path with an even slope between the two houses. Since both buildings are already standing or begun, the ground floor floors are born reference levels and have, in a way, superseded the previous ground surface edges in terms of validity/relevance.
