The heating engineer should preferably make his offer only after the heating load calculation is available. The heating load calculation should take into account your desired temperatures. Also consider the room-specific heating load calculation; the underfloor heating should be designed accordingly. Define a possible low maximum flow temperature for NAT, ideally well below 35°C flow temperature at NAT. Designing the heating system based on the Energy Saving Ordinance calculation is nonsense.
