Hello,

Here is a good basic rule: Never sign anything you have not understood, especially when it concerns your wallet!

I definitely cannot quantify that, since I lack all the initial data! That would have to be calculated. However, the results in the private sector are often very sobering.

best regards

Hello,

Blanket statements are often wrong! A better way to put it would be: usually not! It always depends on the object-specific and individual boundary conditions.

That is not correct. At best, this applies to existing buildings. In new buildings, depending on the configuration, the percentage shares shift towards hot water preparation! This is different for every construction project, especially since user behavior has a significant influence! In passive houses, the heating energy demand plays a rather minor role.

Calculation

Hello everyone,
hello 6Richtige,

that was exactly the calculation basis of the heating engineer. In the end, it doesn’t really matter whether the savings are now €80 or €90 per year. Thanks for that, 6Richtige!

However, it is clear that this uneconomical measure is required to comply with the Energy Saving Ordinance 2009. Actually, an outrageous disgrace that is even supported by the KFW bank with a corresponding loan.

Since I already have the Energy Saving Ordinance certificate, I will only commission the preparation for a later photovoltaic system. If I have money left over in the next few years, I will reconsider the solar or photovoltaic point.

Hello,

The Energy Saving Ordinance, KfW and MAP primarily have the task of reducing the primary energy demand. Whether this is economical for the builder in every case is another matter entirely! However, the legislator has left the builder and especially their planners all options open with § 25 Energy Saving Ordinance or §9 EEWG. The fact that these are not used is due to their inability, incompetence, or unwillingness!
The requirements of the KfW are above those of the Energy Saving Ordinance! KfW and MAP are merely band-aids, which only partially cover the wound in the pocket of the builder! Anyone who believes that generous gifts are being distributed lives on another planet.;)

best regards

@Haeuslebauer

My experience also ranges between €80 and €130, even though the calculations are often higher. Practice is not the same as theory; errors in planning as well as execution are not so uncommon.

Therefore, I find the figures provided by the heating engineer quite fair.
