Good evening,
maybe Musketier was right after all ... although today I find it quite difficult to be "well-behaved" and "nice" (this only has a rudimentary connection to the post) ..
Now, with a price per sqm of just under €1690, I see this here in the area as anything but completely overpriced.
I don’t agree with you; I find the price – even for BW – steep, considering what you "only" get for it.
But let's be honest, what can go wrong with interest rates of 1.4% over 15 years plus a building savings contract for a whole 10 years with interest rates of 2%? We can't live cheaper for the price and at the same time pay off something of our own!
In my opinion, a low interest rate should never be decisive in purchasing!
By living in a terraced house you are not a second-class person, you just have to come to terms with it and distance yourself again from the nowadays common, anonymous way of living.
I agree with you and would never say/write otherwise; why should I? But – your examples are not terraced houses, these models are the seller’s maximum commercial exploitation so that the plot size yields maximum profit.
I also don’t really see the point in building a house with 300 sqm?! So you can show friends and family how great you’ve got it?
Don’t be silly! Every builder builds the house for themselves; at least I hope so. However, 130 sqm, even 85 sqm, can be arranged more cleverly; especially on fewer floors. The overwhelming majority of today’s building projects amount to 130 – 150 sqm; buying a lot and building a single-family house on it is expensive!
Rhineland greetings
