Correct, the garage is located in the north. The large terrace facing the garden is in the southwest, and the smaller terrace facing east is intended as a refuge from a possible strong midsummer afternoon sun. Or also to be able to enjoy a potential morning sun. The matter with the cellar staircase descent in the storage room behind the garage is not yet fully thought through. By installing a toilet on the outer wall, the staircase descent has shifted towards the garage, and the landing space in the cellar or the entrance to the cellar would partly lie under the garage. No idea if that works. I have to clarify that first.

150sqm per level though, so 300sqm plus basement and "Sonstiges". Not bad :D

May I ask the reason for the elevator? It cannot be for accessibility for wheelchair users, as the planning itself is rather not suitable for that.
