provided the switch can be clearly assigned to the staircase.
I will make sure of that!
also a nice option. Thinking a bit further, you could use a relay circuit to either switch on the entire accent lighting (always with priority) or use the staircase light switch to control only the lighting at the stairs (i.e. subordinate wiring)
Hm, when I google the word relay circuit, I end up in the car forum. If it’s what I think it is, it’s a done deal for us. A switch that I press multiple times but different lights turn on?!... Let’s see what the electrician charges for that, probably a little luxury...
The brightness alone will not be sufficient. Get informed about MR16 adjustable and LED spot GU10 2700K (warm tone) (e.g. from Philips). This solution is cheaper than ready-made adjustable LED recessed lights and also does not require a transformer.
Oh, we are talking past each other. My spots are standalone "spotlights," called spots. I have ordered the Philips GU10 2700 for that (already googled that this one is supposedly quite good)
Why Wii and DVD separately? These devices only work together with the TV anyway?! Consider which devices absolutely have to work together, then they go into a switched socket combo. I hope you don’t mean those multiple sockets from the hardware store with power strips. OK in existing buildings, but please not in new builds.
Wii and DVD separately because those devices mostly stay off and can be switched on if needed. No, it’s a good power strip, not Ikea or hardware store. But you’re right: with a new build, you can probably add another switch, which again is a little luxury
LAN everywhere where a TV, PC/MAC, router, laptop etc. can be placed. Maybe even for the fridge. Don’t forget the garden, a garden socket can then easily extend the WLAN.
We will handle the fridge over wireless then, no, honestly, I like to shop myself... hehe... even my wardrobe cabinet won’t get a socket!
Thank you very much, you gave me very good ideas. I will draw this up now
