Electrical Installation New Single-Family House - Evaluation and Suggestions

Hello dear forum.

The electrician has been working on the electrical installation in our shell construction for 3 weeks now and is doing it step by step. I went through some things with him in advance about what I wanted, etc. Now he is almost finished and I have quite a few question marks in my head about whether everything is right. Without saying anything beforehand, I ask you to take a look at it. This is primarily about the method of installation and not about why there are so few sockets. That can be clarified separately.

Looks clean to me, I think…

The data cables are not installed to be replaceable. I would always install them to be replaceable as required in DIN 18015, although there are always opposing opinions saying the cables are never replaced anyway or that you can’t pull them out of the conduits anymore. In picture 2, the data cables appear to be somewhat taut, and thus the cables have a relatively small bend radius at the floor penetration. Whether this is a problem is hard to tell from the photo.

All in all basically okay

The following points are not okay in my opinion:

[*]Communication cables are not installed separately and without distance to the high-voltage cables
[*]no cable protection pipes in the area of the doors
[*]the distance to the wall of at least 15cm is not present
[*]the cable routing under the window is not permissible in this safety manner

In my opinion, the data cables belong in empty conduits and the underground cable under the window is executed rather awkwardly.
