What does the installation include, number of sockets, light switches, how big is the house etc.

If you don't have an installation level, I would probably have the house builder do it. Otherwise, there might be problems with the warranty if you have damage due to damaged vapor barriers.

Includes approximately 50 sockets, smoke detectors, meter cabinet, and fire protection switches. One heating point for each room. Additionally, one antenna connection and one telephone connection are included. Wiring and connection of the electric blinds.

Network etc. is not included or available at an additional cost.

We are roughly at 18,500 euros.

The empty conduits are installed in the walls by the provider with pull cords, regardless of who performs the electrical work.

I informally inquired with two electricians. However, they apparently do not want to get involved and are unwilling to provide a proper quote. I have the impression they do not want to interfere with the provider’s business and recommend leaving it with the general contractor.

Regards

Steffen

I'll set you up with the equipment for 15,000 [emoji3]

But seriously, if that's really all, then it's twice as expensive.

Just for orientation, with our provider the costs are
single socket = 30 EUR
double socket = 60 EUR
burning point = 22 EUR
telephone connection = 60 EUR
antenna connection = 85 EUR

I find 18,000 EUR for the above quantity framework wildly exaggerated...
