1) is a 10 by 10 box with a flat roof on an existing ground foundation without further interior construction and without technology to be built also in masonry for 57.
2) the living climate is better in a masonry house, you can get a nail in the wall and a drain concealed under the plaster.
3) it only pays off if the concrete plant is allowed to produce 20-30 pieces of finished ones.
4) I see no market for this pigsty aesthetic. And no real cost advantage.
5) our shell construction 13.5 by 10 with foundation and roofing and windows and doors and gutters in Ytong plus plaster plus Braas roof plus roof truss in Studiobinder 73 cost. Karsten
