To get back to the topic and leave the irrelevant posts behind. Here is what I can take away so far:
Basically, it is possible to take over the loans from the old contracts, but it requires a bit of goodwill from the bank. The price our house will achieve still needs to be determined, I think the appraisal is conservative enough to provide an initial direction.
Here are perhaps two additional details. To simplify the entry, I wrote about the renovation of our house involving only one loan. The financing is divided into a regular construction loan and two KFW promotional loans. Approximately 2/3 normal loan and 1/3 KFW in terms of value. Can the KFW loans also be taken over? Or are they tied to the object that was subsidized?
What I take away from the posts on the topic of cars/children is, of course, to keep an eye on our budget, but that goes without saying.
To be honest, I do not want to discuss the pros and cons of buying the house any further, as it is far too subjective.
The note about replacing the oil heating system is, however, still important and also plays a significant role in the price negotiation. What would need to be calculated for switching the heating type to a pellet heating system? 30k?
Best regards
