I also find the deal more bad than good! Giving up living space for a view. Yes, it's nice to have it once in a while. But in everyday daily routine, you mostly look at other things anyway. … yeah, more at the additional gardening work or playing with the children in the bigger garden. Where do you look? Of course at the children and not at the edge. For that, you then have higher debts and no more savings. And a valuation report does not interest the potential buyer either, when there are quite a few nice houses and semi-detached houses in your region, so the market is very saturated. Name me the ID of the dream house on ImmoScout. I'm curious.

I had to laugh briefly because we only look at our children in the garden when it is too quiet or someone is crying.

Hehe, yes, eventually you let them become independent and take flight :D The first child here is 9 months old, a second one not yet born. But I am also happy to be proven wrong, however, we don’t have a James or Minna at home, nor any brownies, so I can just look around. Often on the bench during a walk….

But now it's about time to stop with the unrealistic advice, right? Not having children is perfectly fine, but then you shouldn't spread nonsense that doesn't apply to families with children. Neither does one constantly keep an eye on their children in the garden, nor can a family with 2 full-time jobs and corresponding income do without 2 cars. Honestly, anyone who has 7,500 crackers a month wouldn't do without a second car, would they? The children constantly have to go somewhere, you drive to grandma's, bring the children to hobbies, to friends, shopping, etc.

Somewhere you just have to make compromises. Either you only afford a second car if you really need it. Reutlingen is already somewhat bigger, there is public transport. With an e-bike and a trailer, you can also get to grandma very well. And in an emergency, there is carsharing. All much cheaper. Or you afford the house for 950k. Both together is difficult.

Aren't you embarrassed to constantly type your wrong conclusions? Just because someone wasn't made for children and grandchildren doesn't mean they don't have children. The upbringing has already begun, at a time when you were still sucking your thumb. By the way, you could still do with some upbringing yourself. That also works quite well if you stand in front of the mirror and criticize yourself for once instead of constantly switching your unsettled opinion here and adapting it to whoever you can give it to properly here so that you can compensate for your unsatisfied needs that way.
