hello, question for dog and parquet experts; we have a completely normal parquet floor, which can definitely be sanded at most only 2 times because it is so thin, on the ground floor and a BIG dog, who, when he gets excited or someone is at the door, digs his claws into the floor to be faster than me at the door. now we have these unsightly scratches there. furthermore, in the spots where our bear lies after a long walk, narrow gaps have formed in the floor (moisture in the fur). i would sand the floor, but after that, .... my question, is there a parquet protection that looks natural and that the dog’s claws won’t scratch again? who has an idea. i don’t want tiles everywhere on the ground floor, that’s just too cold for me and i simply like parquet in the living room and regarding “live with the scratches,” i have thought that too, but it’s a pity about the floor. thanks for tips i am happy for tips - thanks
