Hello,
why the property should not be divisible cannot be said without plans. However, you can also present this at the land registry office or a publicly appointed surveyor in SH, they can definitely tell you under which conditions the property is divisible.
I can hardly imagine that it is indivisible; the conditions would have to be very special.
