Ok, then forget my post, if the measurements are actually available then everything is fine.
Mold behind the cabinet is mainly an issue when one of the two adjacent rooms is heated strongly and the other only weakly. Then the dew point is undershot. Ventilation under the cabinet already helps (gap between the recessed baseboard and the underside of the cabinet). That is actually the point of a built-in cabinet, that it fits exactly to the centimeter. Therefore, I wouldn't exaggerate with too large gaps all around.
