It depends on the building society and the tariffs. BHW/DB also have some with 30% in their offer. Not uncommon. LBS, on the other hand, usually only 40%. However, such high payments definitely don’t belong in a Riester building savings contract. A Riester building savings contract is usually measured by the maximum eligible contributions.

Which tariff do you actually have? Or rather, what is the [bausparzins] and the interest rate of the possible [bauspardarlehen]; and what is the contractually agreed repayment rate?

So all of this didn’t originate from me, it was recommended to me at the bank, also with regard to the fact that I want to build or buy a house soon. I trusted that it would be sound and reliable. I have to accept the criticism that I did not inform myself more or did so too late. You can definitely tell me if I did something stupid, but the question is what I can do about it now. I can probably still stop the transfer, the increase is probably not reversible, even if it just happened recently. I will probably have to pay the fee as a lesson learned. I will look for the documents later and post the tariff and the conditions.

When exactly?

If I were you, I would have the whole thing explained and advised by the consumer advice centers.

How long ago was the graduation?

Oh, but there are only people with dangerous half-knowledge sitting there. Not one of them is an expert.
Are you out of the withdrawal period?

Don’t drive yourself crazy now. There’s always something better, cheaper, more beautiful somewhere in this world....Bausparen is good if you want to build. Best loan, no land register entry, special repayments possible at any time and I hope you have a fair interest rate. So, no worry, be happy. K.
